Scott Dunbar has been a paramedic for 17 years and is currently the Manager/Assistant Chief of Emergency Medical Services at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. He manages the clinical side of the current pre-hospital electronic medical record software and is one of the lead cliniciams in the purchase and implementation of new electronic medical record software.
